Parent and Student Counseling- Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery calls with parents and students to understand the student s career aspirations, learning gaps, and personal development goals.- Personalized Recommendation: Advise parents on the optimal program track (e.g., Leadership Lab, Summer School) that aligns with the student s profile and needs.- Objection Handling: Confidently address parent queries regarding program structure, curriculum methodology (experiential learning), and the prestige of the company brand.3. Outreach and Event Support- Represent company at promotional webinars, educational fairs, and exclusive partner events- Conduct engaging information sessions for small groups of prospective parents, both online and in-person.4. Continuous Feedback and Improvement- Collect and analyze qualitative feedback from parents regarding program interest, pricing sensitivity, and competitive offerings to inform marketing and product strategy.5. Qualifications and Required Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, admissions counseling, or high-value educational consulting.- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious enrollment targets.- Familiarity with the Indian K-12 and higher education ecosystem, particularly trends in non-traditional and competitive admissions.
