About Arkahub: We are an early-stage startup building a consumer brand for residential solar. Our goal is to make buying rooftop solar as simple and desirable as buying a home appliance-and move away from the complex industry jargon seen today.Role Overview:We re looking for a video producer and editor who s always tuned into what s trending, someone who s constantly scrolling, spotting moments, and turning them into standout content. You ll create videos that feel fresh, move quickly, and tell stories that make people pause mid-scroll.If you re comfortable shooting eye-catching content, experimenting with AI video tools, and editing with a strong sense of timing and style, you ll feel right at home.What You ll Do- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-performing videos for performance marketing, in-center experience, and brand content.- Stay on top of video and editing trends across Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging formats.- Use AI tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, CapCut AI, etc.) to speed up editing, enhance storytelling, or prototype creative ideas.- Work closely with the marketing team members to bring briefs to life.- Capture great footage using minimal setup or mirrorless cameras when required, with an eye for framing, lighting, and detail.- Maintain consistency in tone, pacing, and visual identity across all content.What You Bring- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and short-form content creation.- Strong grip on Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.- Awareness of social-first storytelling, including pacing, hooks, sound design, and transitions that keep people watching.- Working knowledge and curiosity for AI-based video tools and new creative tech.- Confident in shooting a video, with an understanding of natural light, composition, and motion.- A portfolio that shows versatility across reels, brand content, lifestyle edits, UGC-style, or documentary-style videos.
