The Role: Executive - Customer Service Operations - US ProcessWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our client s growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel planning process, transforming client requests into professional itineraries and securing the logistical groundwork for group travel across the United States.Key Responsibilities- Transportation: Please note that the company will provide one way cab.- Itinerary Design: Create and optimize detailed travel schedules using MS Word and Excel, ensuring efficient routing and timing.- Reservation Management: Coordinate and book essential travel services, including hotels, motorcoach/bus rentals, local attractions, and group dining.- Client Communication: Liaise with U.S.-based partners and vendors, ensuring all travel requirements are met with high standards.- Customer Support & Assistance: Provide high-quality support to ensure travellers have a smooth, hassle-free experience, ensuring our 24/7 service commitment.Requirements & Qualifications- Communication: Fluent verbal and written English are mandatory, as you will work exclusively with international clients.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Word and MS Excel.- Geographic Knowledge: A basic understanding of U.S. cities and states is highly preferred.- Work Ethic: Ability to work accurately under deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.Other Important Information - Working Hours: This is a night shift position (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) to align with U.S. business hours.- Transportation : Please note that the company will provide one way cab.- Weekend OFF : Fixed Saturday-Sunday.
