Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management & Growth- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall brand and communication objectives.- Manage and grow the company s presence across relevant social media platforms.- Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.- Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance data, and optimise content to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.2. Agency & Vendor Coordination- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers, and external vendors for the development and execution of marketing collaterals.- Oversee production timelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of print and branded materials.- Review and proofread materials before final release to ensure consistency and accuracy.4. Research & Industry Intelligence- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content and communication strategies.- Support the creation of data-driven content aligned with current industry conversations.5. Media Outreach & PR Support- Assist in planning and executing media outreach initiatives.- Maintain and update media lists and journalist databases.- Support preparation of briefing notes, talking points, and backgrounders for spokesperson engagements.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Creative Development- Work closely with in-house design and marketing teams to conceptualise and develop marketing collaterals.- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and design-thinking sessions to strengthen brand storytelling and visual communication.- Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and strategic positioning.Candidate Profile:- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or corporate communications.- Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams.- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
