Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and property leads from various marketing channels.
-Qualify leads based on client preferences, budget, and project suitability.
-Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and other details to prospective customers.
-Coordinate and schedule site visits, ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.
-Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system accurately.
-Follow up with leads regularly to keep prospects engaged and drive them toward conversion.
-Share project brochures, videos, and relevant information with clients as required.
-Support the sales team by providing background information on prospects and site visit feedback.
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
-Collaborate with the digital marketing and field sales teams for lead management and feedback.
-Handle customer objections and queries professionally, ensuring a positive brand impression. Key Skills & Competencies: - 1-3 years of experience in presales/tele-calling/customer service, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or service industries.
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil (additional regional languages are a plus).
-Strong customer handling and interpersonal abilities.
-Good tele-counseling and persuasion skills.
-Familiarity with Sell.do and MS Office applications.
-Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain real estate project details.
-Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
