This role focuses on high-budget influencer campaigns, strong Instagram creator partnerships, and ROI-driven execution.
-The ideal candidate understands beauty/skincare content deeply and can turn creators into long-term brand collaborators.Key Responsibilities :Influencer Campaign Execution :- Plan, execute, and manage high-budget influencer campaigns (- 30-40L )- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle - briefing to performance reportingCreator Outreach & Partnerships :- Identify, onboard, and manage Instagram influencers- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and long-term partnerships- Maintain a strong influencer database for ongoing campaignsBeauty Content Expertise :- Work on skincare, makeup, and beauty campaigns- Identify content formats that perform (Reels, Tutorials, Reviews, UGC)Performance Tracking & Reporting- Track influencer performance using:- Instagram insights- Google Analytics- Excel-based ROI tracking- Report reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI post-campaignCross-Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with Creative, Brand, and Digital Marketing teams- Align campaign messaging, launch timelines, and deliverablesMandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)1) Must be from D2C brands in:- Beauty- Fashion- Lifestyle(Agency candidates allowed ONLY if they handled D2C beauty brands)2) 2-4 years of hands-on influencer marketing experience3) Must have managed high-budget campaigns (- 30-40 Lakhs minimum)4 ) Strong experience in:- Instagram influencer outreach- Negotiation- Partnership management5) Deep understanding of:- Beauty/skincare & makeup content- Influencer trends & engagement benchmarks6) Experience tracking performance using:- Instagram metrics- Google Analytics- Excel7) Must be able to report ROI post-campaign8) Excellent communication & negotiation skills (mandatory) EducationGraduation (Marketing / Media preferred)Location & Work FlexibilityPrimary role: Onsite - Lower Parel, MumbaiWFH roles (2 only)South-region candidates preferredMust already have a strong South-influencer database (ref:updazz.com)
