Job Requirement: Digital Creative Designer (Social Media Video)Company: Iffort (B2B Digital Marketing Agency) Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-timeRole overviewIffort is looking for a designer who can create high-quality social media creatives and deliver short-form video compilations/edits for B2B clients. The role also supports day-to-day creation of B2B marketing collaterals beyond social, based on ongoing campaign needs.Key responsibilities- Design social media creatives for LinkedIn (primary) and other platforms as required: static posts, carousels, banners, and story formats.- Create ad creatives and campaign assets aligned to performance and messaging goals.- Edit short-form videos: compilations, reels, ad cuts, webinar/event snippets, testimonials, and simple motion graphics.- Repurpose long-form content into short clips with captions, basic transitions, and brand elements.- Support the creation of B2B marketing collaterals as part of the broader scope of work, such as- One-pagers/two-pagers, case studies, battle cards, and white papers.- Landing page visual sections or supporting design assets (as per the content/marketing team s brief).- Maintain brand consistency across multiple client brands (typography, layout, spacing, color, and logo usage).- Coordinate with content and marketing teams to understand briefs, follow timelines, and incorporate feedback quickly.- Organize working files, maintain editable source documents, and export assets in platform-ready sizes/formats.Required skills (must-have)- Strong design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, color, and composition.- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or equivalent design tools).- Working knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut or similar).- Ability to adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms (sizes, safe zones, compression, exports).- Comfortable working in fast-paced agency workflows with multiple parallel tasks.Good to have- Basic motion graphics (kinetic text, simple transitions, lower thirds).- Familiarity with Figma and collaborative workflows.- Experience with B2B/LinkedIn-first design (clean, information-led, high readability).- Basic understanding of what makes creatives perform (hook, clarity, strong CTA, scannable design).What success looks like- Consistent, on-time delivery of social creatives and short-form video edits with minimal rework.- Ability to support a broader B2B collateral pipeline (one-pagers, two-pagers, case studies, etc.) when needed.- Clean file management and a dependable workflow that helps the team move faster.Portfolio requirements- Social media creatives (static and carousel samples preferred).- 3-5 short video edits showing pacing, captions, and clean exports.- If available: examples of B2B collaterals (one-pagers/two-pagers/case study layouts) or landing page design snippets.
