-Their solutions help societies improve safety, streamline operations, and enhance the everyday experience of residents through smart, digital platforms.Role DetailsDesignation: Client Acquisition & Growth ManagerLocation: Multiple CitiesRole Type: Individual Contributor (Field Role)Qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Business or Marketing preferred)Experience: 1 year in sales, business development, or client acquisitionRole Summary- This position is suited for someone who enjoys being in the field, meeting people, and building new business from scratch.- As a Client Acquisition & Growth Manager, you will focus on identifying new opportunities, meeting prospective clients in person, and converting conversations into long-term partnerships.
-You will independently handle the sales process while ensuring strong relationships after closure.What You ll Be Doing- Visit potential clients regularly to introduce solutions and explore business opportunities- Identify new residential societies and decision-makers through market research and referrals- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions based on their needs- Conduct product walk-throughs and in-person discussions to explain value clearly- Negotiate commercials and close deals within defined timelines- Maintain strong relationships to support renewals, upselling, and referrals- Track daily activities, conversions, and revenue through internal systems- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfactionWhat We re Looking For- Strong interest in client acquisition and business growth- Comfortable working in a target-oriented, on-ground sales environment- Good communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to understand customer pain points and offer practical solutions- Self-driven attitude with ownership of results- Willingness to work six days a week with frequent client interactions (ref:updazz.com)
