Job SummaryAs a Marketing and Communications Manager in a leading infrastructure company, you will be responsible for defining and executing the corporate marketing communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning, support business development, and drive stakeholder engagement. You will lead both internal and external communication, crafting compelling narratives around engineering excellence, sustainability, and large-scale project milestones. Key Responsibilities :1. Strategy and Branding :- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with corporate business goals.- Strengthen corporate brand identity and consistency across all channels (digital, print, site branding).- Position the company as a thought leader in the infrastructure sector through white papers, articles, and leadership profiling. 2. Corporate Communications & PR :- Draft and manage press releases, media notes, and executive messaging for project milestones, contract wins, and inaugurations.- Coordinate with PR agencies and media partners to ensure positive brand visibility.- Manage crisis communication and reputational risk situations. 3. Digital Marketing and Content Management :- Manage corporate social media presence, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn for B2B engagement.- Maintain the corporate website, ensuring project portfolios, case studies, and company news are updated.- Develop content for newsletters, brochures, and presentations. 4. Business Development Support & Events :- Support the business development team by creating high-quality marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations for bids and tenders.- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and customer meets.- Organize site photography and videography, including drone shots for project showcases. 5. Internal Communications :- Drive internal communication initiatives including newsletters, town halls, and employee engagement campaigns.- Ensure internal brand alignment, especially regarding ESG and sustainability goals. Required Qualifications & Skills :- Education: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.- Experience: 6-12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in the infrastructure, construction, or B2B industrial sector.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Analytics), CRM platforms, and content management systems (CMS).- Writing Skills: Exceptional storytelling abilities, with strong corporate, technical, and business writing skills.- Soft Skills: Strong project management, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Candidate Profile- Prior experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) companies.- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.- Familiarity with sustainability reporting and ESG communication.
