Role Overview:As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding our market presence in Bangalore s dynamic real estate landscape. Your day-to-day will involve leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and channel partners. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, customer service, and business development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve ambitious sales targets. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing revenue, enhancing brand reputation, and helping individuals and families find their dream homes or lucrative investment opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Bangalore market.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives to maximize their performance and professional growth.- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in real estate sales.Required Skillset :- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies in the real estate sector, demonstrated through achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.- Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.- In-depth knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market, including current trends, property values, and legal regulations.- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.- Adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment and comfortable working on-site in Bangalore.
