Job Title: Loan Sales SpecialistLocation: Hyderabad |In-office| 5 days a week|CTC: 6-10 LPA (exclusive of incentives)Bond: 2 yearsRole OverviewThe Loan Sales Specialist is responsible for sourcing and closing business loan opportunities for SME and corporate clients. The role focuses on sourcing loan opportunities through referral networks, channel partners, and institutional tie-ups, while ensuring smooth loan processing and compliance with lender and borrower requirements.Key Role Pillars & Responsibilities:1. B2B Lead Sourcing & Business Development- Source and generate B2B leads for loan products such as Business Loans, LAP, Working Capital, and Asset Finance.- Develop business through CA/CS networks, referral partners, brokers, and corporate alliances.- Identify potential SME and corporate clients and build a sustainable deal pipeline.- Generate repeat business through existing accounts and partner relationships.2. Sales Performance- Drive loan requirements, collect relevant documents, and coordinate internally for loan approvals.- Educate potential customers on the loan options, benefit,s and recommend the best options.- Track deal progress closely to improve conversion ratios and reduce drop-offs.- Identify opportunities for Loan requirements and close the sale.3. Client, Partner & Lender Relationship Management :- Build strong relationships with business owners, promoters, finance heads, and decision-makers.- Maintain active partner relationships with CA firms and DSAs to ensure deal flow continuity.- Act as a single point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle.- Ensure a professional, transparent, and consultative engagement experience.4. Deal Execution, Documentation & Compliance :- Collect and validate business documentation, including financial statements, KYC, and credit-related information.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely credit assessment, approval, and disbursal.- Maintain accurate records of leads, deal status, and disbursals in CRM systems.- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Eligibility & Skills- 2 to 4 years of experience as a DSA or in B2B loan sales with banks, NBFCs, or fintechs.- Strong network within SME, CAs, and business communities.- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closure skills.- Highly target-driven, with a strong ownership and execution mindset.
