To drive OPD footfall, treatment continuity, and admissions for Centres by engaging hospital-based senior consultants-especially Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, and Critical Care specialists-and coordinating OPDs, patient follow-ups, and conversions.Key Responsibilities- With 8-10 years of experience, The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and managing key client relationships with hospital management and doctors. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales performance- Managing the sales budget, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and providing regular reports on sales activities,forecasts, and market trends.
-This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development : a. Devise and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.2. Team Leadership : - Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to drive high performance.- Manage a team of ASMs and KAMs across all centers in the city (team size:5-6 per center).3) Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.4. Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors,and key opinion leaders.5. Product and Channel Management : Manage sales and performance across all products:- Inpatient Rehab (IP Rehab) Outpatient Department (OPD) Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Oversee sales through all channels:1. Doctors2. Digital platforms3. Offline networks4. Medical tourism5. General Practitioner (GP) referrals6. Margin and Business Growth:Deliver profitable margins on all product lines.b. Actively contribute to the unit SMT to ensure the fastest patient recoveries.7. Doctor Engagement and Education : Lead doctor education and engagement initiatives across the city to foster collaboration and drive referrals.8. Budget Management : Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales budget effectively.9. Collaboration : Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams to align on sales initiatives.- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and promotional activities.10. Reporting and Forecasting : - Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance,forecasts, and trends.- Create detailed reports on sales activities, market analysis and competitor insights.Qualifications :- Degree in Hospital Administration or Sales and Marketing or BPT/MPT.
