Key Responsibilities- Design marketing creatives for real estate projects including brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, and project presentations- Create digital creatives for social media, websites, emailers, and online advertisements- Develop branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, and project identity creatives- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements- Design layouts for advertisements, brochures, and project launch materials- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and real estate compliance standards- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines- Coordinate with printers and vendors for final artwork and productionRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus)- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design- Experience in real estate or similar industry preferred- Ability to translate concepts into visually appealing creatives- Good communication and coordination skillsPreferred Skills :- Knowledge of social media design formats and digital marketing creatives- Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics- Experience in handling large-format print designs (ref:updazz.com)
