Role Summary :Responsible for driving growth in Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA), acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and increasing the CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) portfolio for the bank. Focus is on meeting business targets, ensuring high service standards, and expanding the customer base.Key Responsibilities1. Business Acquisition- Acquire new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts as per targets.- Identify potential clients across retail, corporate, and SME segments.- Drive CASA growth by acquiring high-value and profitable clients.- Promote cross-selling of banking products such as debit/credit cards, term deposits, and digital banking solutions.2. Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.- Regularly engage with clients to understand their banking needs and offer relevant solutions.3. Sales & Revenue Generation- Achieve assigned CASA acquisition and deposit growth targets.- Upsell and cross-sell other banking products to increase wallet share.- Focus on acquiring CASA clients with high deposit potential and low churn risk.4. Process Compliance & Reporting- Ensure all account opening and sales activities comply with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the bank s CRM system.- Prepare periodic reports on CASA acquisition, growth, and portfolio performance.5. Market & Client Profiling- Conduct detailed market and client profiling to identify potential CASA clients.- Develop a strategic approach to acquire clients in line with branch and bank objectives.- Participate in local marketing and networking initiatives to increase visibility and brand presence.6. Team Collaboration & Support- Work closely with branch staff, product teams, and relationship managers to provide seamless client service.- Support branch CASA growth initiatives and campaigns.- Share best practices with colleagues to improve overall sales performance.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Client acquisition and relationship management expertise- Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, retail banking, and digital banking solutions- Result-oriented, target-driven mindset- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Process compliance awarenessInterested candidates can share their CV: 91 93547 52925 (ref:updazz.com)
