Handling Pickers and Packers and assigning them workRole Operations Executive ( Picker, Packer, Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, RTO-(Return to Origin) )Roles and Responsibilities: Pulls and packs product based on daily orders. Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safetyissues. Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e.,Palletizer, Dolly Loader, PalletWrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks). Reports any mechanical problems. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifyingopportunities to improve processes. Follows good Warehouse practices and required work safe practices. Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Performs other duties as assigned.Picker/Packer Qualifications / Skills: Inward, Inventory and Putaway Scanning and sorting outgoing stock Pulling, packing, and loading Receiving, stocking, and stacking Handling Emails and Basic Computer SkillsEducation, Experience, and Salary: High school diploma or equivalent 6 months E-Commerce or any Warehouse experience preferredWork Timings: Rotational Shifts.
