We re looking for a Client Account Manager to help us strengthen client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of our services. You ll be the go-to contact for agency partners, helping them find value, solving challenges, and ensuring they stay and grow with E2M.Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned E2M clients.- Work with clients to ensure they gain maximum value from our services.- Ensure exceptional client experience and handle escalations smoothly.- Coordinate with project managers, developers, designers, and SEO teams for timely delivery.- Capture client feedback and act as a customer advocate internally.- Manage client accounts to drive renewals, retention, and growth.- Monitor account health, budgets, and timelines while ensuring profitability.- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance.- Proactively identify risks and implement creative solutions.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer journey.Requirements:- 3-5 years experience in a creative, digital marketing, or web design/development agency.- Prior experience handling or delivering digital/web-based projects.- Passion for great work with strong process and strategy orientation.- Good understanding of web technologies and digital marketing (no coding required).- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple accounts.- Clear, concise, and direct communication style.- Proven track record of client growth, retention, and profitability.- Skilled in relationship building across clients and internal teams.- Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.) is a plus.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience working with Sales, Pre-sales, and Account Managers.- Strong presentation and communication skills with attention to detail.- Prior experience working with North American clients across time zones.
