Our 200 experts collaborate every day to bring together clinical excellence, technology, and compassion - delivering care that s evidence-based, accessible, and deeply human.About the Role- We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who owns the narrative.- You will transform raw footage from our centers, clinicians, and clients into emotionally compelling, platform-optimized stories. You will not just assemble content: you will shape structure, pacing, tone, and retention. This role requires strong storytelling instinct, platform fluency, and the ability to elevate footage into polished, high-performing content across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.- You will work closely with the Creative Director and Videographer to ensure every output is aligned with brand depth, audience psychology, and commercial objectives.Core Responsibilities- Own narrative structure, hooks, pacing, and emotional arc across long- and short-form content.- Optimize edits for platform performance, including retention, watch time, and engagement behaviour.- Apply advanced color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate overall production quality.- Use AI tools strategically to enhance efficiency while maintaining creative control and storytelling depth.- Review and refine Junior Editor outputs to ensure brand consistency and editing standards.- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Videographer to align edits with campaign objectives.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 3-6 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced brand environment.Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.AI Tools: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for editing workflows, including:Editing & Culling: Descript, OpusClip, Munch.Visual Assets: Adobe Firefly for generating b-roll or fixing footage.Portfolio: Strong portfolio showing high-quality video editing, featuring a variety of styles from polished brand films to high-retention social content.
