Your efforts will directly impact the lives of students by empowering them to make informed decisions and achieve their aspirations.Key Responsibilities :- Conduct thorough needs assessments of prospective students to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and financial constraints.- Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students and professionals on suitable educational programs, institutions, and career options.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to expand ReviewAdda s network and offer diverse options to students.- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system to ensure efficient follow-up and reporting.- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the education sector to provide informed and relevant advice to students.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.- Experience in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion within an inside sales environment.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- Adaptable to working in a dynamic environment, based in Metros, Noida, Delhi NCR.
