We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Developer to join our BPO Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in eLearning content development using Articulate Storyline 360 and strong instructional design fundamentals to create engaging, learner-centric training programs. Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deliver interactive eLearning modules for BPO training programs- Create content using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate 360 suite- Develop instructionally sound storyboards, assessments, and knowledge checks- Apply Instructional Design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom s Taxonomy- Create engaging animated learning content using Vyond- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to gather training requirements- Ensure content aligns with business goals, learner needs, and quality standards- Perform content testing, revisions, and final deployment on LMS platformsRequired Skills & Tools (Mandatory)- Articulate Storyline 360 & Articulate 360 Suite- Prior Content Development Experience (Mandatory)- Instructional Design methodologies: ADDIE, SAM, Bloom s Taxonomy- Vyond Animation experience- Strong instructional writing and visual design skills- Experience in BPO / Corporate training content development (Preferred)Desired Competencies- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Strong attention to detail and quality focus- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments- Creative mindset with learner-first thinking How to Apply WhatsApp Only (No Calls): 9266414479- Limited openings - Apply ASAP!
