This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire visa application process for students, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, driving business growth through strategic initiatives, and managing client relationships effectively.
-You will collaborate closely with the counseling, marketing, and technology teams to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and achieve revenue targets. The role directly impacts the success of students realizing their international education dreams and contributes significantly to Leverage Edu s overall growth and reputation.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand visa operations, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.- Manage the P&L for the visa operations vertical, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.- Ensure compliance with all relevant immigration laws and regulations across various countries.- Lead and mentor a team of visa counselors, providing training, guidance, and performance management.- Oversee the entire visa application process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely submission of documents.- Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies, consulates, and other relevant stakeholders.- Implement and optimize processes to improve service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and reduce operational costs.- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase brand awareness.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.- Manage client escalations and resolve complex visa-related issues effectively.Required Skillset :- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage visa operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.- Proven expertise in business operations, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.- Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and their application in the education sector.- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with immigration laws.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.- 7-15 years of relevant experience.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Noida.
