You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our market presence and helping businesses leverage the power of our IT solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media engagement, to expand the sales pipeline.- Qualify leads by understanding their business requirements, budget, and decision-making process, ensuring alignment with our software solutions.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software solutions to potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns promptly.- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue targets.- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, in the CRM system.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our software solutions in the market.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and qualify prospects through various channels.- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong understanding of the IT industry and software sales principles.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.- Experience: 0-2 years in IT Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS environment.- Adaptable to work in Delhi NCR/Noida location.
