We are looking for a VP of Marketing to lead the integrated growth vision for a high-growth conglomerate in Hyderabad. This is a high-stakes, P&L-adjacent role where you will own the marketing engine across multiple business verticals-from Performance and Lead Gen to Brand Storytelling and Influencer strategy.- Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) - Salary: 30.00 - 38.00 LPA - Experience: 12 - 18 Years (Minimum 4 years in a leadership role) - Education: MBA / PGDM (Mandatory)The Mandate: You will own a monthly marketing budget of - 10 Cr , driving a cross-functional team of specialists in Performance, Creative, and Social. Your goal is to unify all efforts under one integrated growth vision, ensuring data-driven ROI and consistent brand positioning. Key Responsibilities : - Scale Performance : Lead heavy-duty lead generation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Strategic Leadership : Define annual OKRs, ROAS targets, and long-term brand equity.- MarTech & Data : Integrate marketing efforts with CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) and GA4 for deep-funnel optimization.- Brand & Creative: Oversee creative direction and AI-led design to maintain a premium visual identity.- Influencer & Social: Build community engagement and manage high-value influencer partnerships.Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable): - Industry Background: Experience in Fast-scaling companies (Real Estate, EdTech, Services, or high-lead-gen B2C businesses).
-Budget Scale: Proven experience managing budgets of - 10 Cr per month. Performance Depth: Deep mastery of CACv, ROAS, LTV , and full-funnel optimization.
-Leadership: Must have led a Marketing Team for 4 years (not looking for individual contributors).
