The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality prospects across global markets, contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients across industries such as Pharma, Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
-Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to generate qualified leads.- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns and follow up on event- or campaign-generated leads.- Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the sales team.- Maintain accurate lead data, activity tracking, and pipeline updates in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversions, and pipeline contribution.- Research industry trends, accounts, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve engagement rates.Required Skills & Qualifications- 3-6 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / SDR roles within IT, Analytics, AI SaaS, or B2B technology industries.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency.- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, HubSpot CRM, Apollo, Mailchimp, or similar outreach and CRM tools.- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes, buyer personas, deal stages, and pipeline management.- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Good-to-Have- Experience with data enrichment, segmentation, and account-based or vertical-based outreach strategies.- Familiarity with content-led outreach such as case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.- Exposure to cloud, data, analytics, BI, or AI ecosystems.- Certifications in AWS or other hyper scalers, Databases, Analytics, BI, or AI.KPIs & Success Metrics- 90-100% annual quota achievement in the last two years.- Number of qualified leads generated per month.- Conversion rate from outreach to scheduled meetings.- Accuracy and enrichment quality of lead database.
