Job Summary-We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Executive (Spanish-speaking) to manage and grow our business across Spanish-speaking international markets.The role will focus on handling distributors, driving B2B sales, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence in LATAM and other Spanish-speaking regions.Key Responsibilities- - Manage and grow international sales for Spanish-speaking markets (LATAM / Spain).
-Handle distributors, dealers, and B2B customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings in Spanish.
-Drive new business development and expand distributor/dealer networks.
-Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and account management.
-Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial offers, and proposals.
-Coordinate with internal teams (production, supply chain, dispatch, finance, service).
-Track orders, payments, dispatches, and ensure smooth execution.
-Maintain CRM and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
-Represent the company in international exhibitions, dealer meets, and virtual demos (as required). Key Requirements- - Spanish language proficiency is mandatory (spoken & written).
-2-3 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / B2B Sales.
-Experience in machinery, industrial products, agri equipment, tools, or manufacturing preferred.
-Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
-Comfortable working with international clients, distributors, and time zones.
-Good working knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, and documentation.
