About the RoleThis is a classic B2C/D2C glue role.- We re looking for a Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience at fast-paced startups or D2C brands, where work isn t siloed into a single function.
-This role sits at the intersection of website analytics, agencies, creatives, performance execution, and operations.- You don t need to know everything, but you must be able to pick things up fast, take ownership, and move work forward at speed.Key Responsibilities :- Work closely with performance, creative, and other agencies to support execution across Meta, Google, and other paid channels- Understand what kinds of ads and creatives work vs don t, and coordinate feedback loops with designers, content teams, and other relevant POCs- Align ad creatives, website banners, landing pages, and offers to ensure consistency across the funnel- Support UTM setup, tracking, and hygiene across campaigns and landing pages- Work hands-on with the Shopify platform to support marketing execution, merchandising, and banners- Coordinate with internal and external teams across checkout, logistics, analytics, and platform-related execution- Ensure marketing initiatives are correctly reflected on the website and aligned with live campaigns- Act as a bridge between performance teams, internal POCs, designers, and content writers to get creatives and copies executed on time- Track and understand basic performance dashboards, funnel metrics, and ad campaigns- Conduct competitor and market analysis across offers, pricing, creatives, messaging, and channel presenceWhat This Role Is / Is Not- Is:- A multi-skilled D2C ownership role- High coordination, execution, and accountability role- Not a hands-on media buyer role- Not a pure brand or content-only roleRequirements :- Min 2 years of experience working with D2C or consumer brands- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify and D2C website operations- Comfortable working with agencies, dashboards, UTMs, and analytics tools- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and move fast in a high-growth environment- Prior experience handling or coordinating with 1-2 team members is a plusGrowth & Ownership- This is not a pure IC role. Based on ownership and execution, this role can grow into managing a team.
