We are seeking a motivated life insurance professional to strengthen our retail business through advisory-led sales. This role involves managing individual customers, understanding their protection and savings needs, and offering suitable life insurance solutions through leading insurers.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end client relationships for life and term insurance.- Provide need-based financial advisory and ensure customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with insurer partners for proposals, issuance, and after-sales service.- Build cross-sell opportunities within the existing retail base.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and persistency targets.Requirements:- Graduate with 5- 10 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably with broker or DSA channels.- Strong understanding of protection, ULIP, and savings products.- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
