Job Description - Inside Sales & CounsellorCompany: NNIIT - One-to-One Live Online Tutoring Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Experience: 1-4 YearsRole Objective :To drive enrolments for NNIIT s 1-to-1 live tutor-led programs by counselling parents and students (Grades 6-12), booking demos, and closing admissions for Curriculum, IIT-JEE, and NEET programs through structured inside sales conversations.Key Responsibilities : Lead Calling & Engagement :- Make daily outbound and inbound calls to parents and students- Qualify leads based on grade, syllabus, academic gaps, and exam goalsAcademic Counselling :- Understand student performance, learning challenges, and aspirations- Recommend the right NNIIT program (Curriculum / JEE / NEET / Foundation)- Clearly explain the value of 1-to-1 live tutoring to parents Demo Booking & Follow-ups :- Fix demo classes and conduct sessions- Ensure parent availability during demo sessions- Follow up post-demo and drive closureSales Closure :- Present pricing plans (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual / Multi-Year)- Handle objections related to fees, online learning, and comparisons- Close enrolments within defined timelinesCRM & Reporting :- Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM- Share daily activity reports and weekly performance updates Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Calls connected per day- Demos booked daily- Demo-to-enrolment conversion %- Monthly revenue- CRM accuracy & follow-up disciplineRequired Skills & Profile :- Strong verbal communication (English Hindi/Telugu preferred)- Confidence in speaking with parents and students- Target-driven mindset with high ownership- Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling- Basic CRM / Google Sheets knowledgePreferred Background- Experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Academic Counselling- Exposure to K12 / IIT-JEE / NEET / Boards coaching preferred- Graduates / Post-Graduates (Education background is a plus)Incentives & Growth- Monthly and quarterly performance-linked incentives- Clear growth path to Senior Counsellor / Team Lead / Business Manager roles- Structured training and proven sales playbooks (ref:updazz.com)
