Ltd (CLEAR Premium Water)Position OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to drive the visual expression of CLEAR Premium Water and its associated brands. This role will be responsible for translating brand strategy into high-impact visual communication across packaging, advertising, digital platforms, and on-ground activations, while ensuring strong brand consistency and premium execution standards.Key Responsibilities- Design creatives for ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns- Develop artworks for packaging, labels, cartons, and bottle graphics in coordination with marketing, operations, and the core agency- Create POSM materials including standees, danglers, banners, kiosks, retail boards, and in-store branding elements- Design social media creatives, e-commerce banners, website visuals, and performance marketing advertisements- Support product launches, brand activations, sampling drives, and event branding initiatives- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams for accurate and timely artwork execution- Implement and maintain brand guidelines across all design touchpoints- Ensure on-time delivery of creatives aligned with campaign calendars- Develop sales collaterals such as brochures, presentations, pitch decks, and product leaflets- Archive and manage artwork files, templates, and brand asset libraries- Adapt and localize creatives for regional markets when requiredQualifications & Skills- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Retail design- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects / Premiere is a plus); CorelDRAW (CDR) proficiency is mandatory- Strong understanding of print production processes, packaging formats, and color standards- Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround timelines- Strong visual sensibility, typography, and layout skills- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilitiesPlease Note - English language is mandatory.
