We re looking for a hands-on lifecycle marketer who can own conversion, retention, and re-engagement across the customer journey.What You ll Do-1. Own the customer funnel from activation to retention.2. Run lifecycle & retention campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Web/App Push- Build and optimize automated journeys (onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, upsell)3. Create behavioral & cohort-based segments (RFM, usage, engagement)- Execute A/B tests and improve conversion & engagement metrics.4. Track performance and work closely with product, tech & growth teams.What We re Looking For- 2-6 years experience in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention / Growth Marketing- Hands-on with CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage / Netcore- Strong understanding of funnels, experimentation & data-driven marketing- Execution-focused (not just strategy or people management)Location- Gurgaon Not for pure performance marketers, content/SEO profiles, or sales roles.
