-The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong content strategies that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and support business growth.Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals.- Plan and manage content across social media, website, and performance campaigns.- Stay updated with content trends, social media trends, and industry insights.- Lead campaign ideation, storytelling, and creative content concepts.- Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights.- Maintain and refine the brand voice and tone across all communication channels.Skills Required:- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or brand content.- Experience working with social media platforms, digital campaigns, and performance marketing content.- Ability to translate brand messaging into engaging content formats.- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth FMCG environment.- Experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred.
