-The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with leadership and the broader marketing team to develop major campaigns, oversee brand initiatives, and ensure strong alignment across all marketing channels.- This role requires someone who understands that paid advertising is one component of a larger marketing ecosystem and can align campaigns with business objectives. Experience :Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.What We- re Looking For :- Someone who understands that running ads is only one part of marketing.- A marketer who sees the bigger picture - branding, messaging,positioning, and ROI.- A proactive individual who can suggest ideas, not just execute tasks.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Go-To-Market Strategy - Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for key campaigns.
-Develop the big ideas and strategic marketing initiatives that shape major brand moments (e.g. brand activations) - Translate these ideas into clear campaign frameworks and marketing plans across channels - Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and growth teams to bring campaigns to life - Ensure alignment across social, email, partnerships, paid media, and community initiativesBrand Strategy & Positioning : - Help define and evolve the long-term brand strategy.
-Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
-Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging market trends - Identify opportunities for brand expansion and market growthMarketing Leadership & Team Management : - Manage members of the marketing team and provide ongoing feedback and support - Help establish clear processes and systems for campaign planning and execution - Ensure alignment across creative, growth, and operations teams - Support the development of a strong and collaborative marketing culturePartnerships & Community Initiatives : - Identify and manage strategic partnerships with brands, creators, founders, and communities - Lead signature brand experiences such as networking events, workshops, wellness sessions, and retreats - Oversee influencer collaborations and community marketing initiatives - Ensure partnerships contribute to long-term brand awareness and growthMarketing Planning & Budget Oversight : - Manage the overall marketing calendar and campaign roadmap and project management tools - Oversee marketing budgets and allocation across initiatives - Ensure marketing resources are prioritized toward high-impact opportunitiesAnalytics & Reporting - Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports.
