About Companyduckduckbaby is a luxury baby care & mother care brand with online & offline presence.Roles & Responsibilities1. Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals.2. Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs.3. Manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy.4. Assortment Planning: Determine the range of products to be offered within the category along with collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to select and negotiate the best assortment mix.5. Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of the plan.6. Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance.7. Secure Margins in line with overall guidance with negotiations with the brands.8. Analyze user experience across channels and touch points through web analytics and determine potential improvements.Preferred Candidate1. 2 - 4 years experience in category management or brand management2. Must have minimum 6 months experience in team handling3. MBA will be strongly preferred.Working Days- 5.5 days (2nd & 4th Saturday fixed off) (ref:updazz.com)
