(Gols)Role Overview :We are seeking a curious and proactive Product & Market Research Analyst to support insights on industry trends, product capabilities, emerging tools, and best practices in HR tech, talent assessment, learning solutions and adjacent markets. A strong comfort with AI tools and modern research technologies is essential.This role will help shape strategic decisions by delivering high-quality analysis and summaries for product teams, leadership, and GTM stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Conduct structured market and product research across comparable HR tech products (e.g., ATS, LMS, assessments, surveys) to understand feature sets, positioning, pricing models, and innovations.- Monitor evolving trends in HR automation, AI-powered assessments, adaptive learning technologies and user experiences in the HR-tech space.- Use AI tools (e.g., GPT-based assistants, research summarisation tools, semantic search platforms) to rapidly gather, synthesise and summarise insights.- Develop and maintain competitive/product intelligence trackers, feature comparison matrices, and summary briefs.- Translate research findings into clear, concise presentations and reports for product, strategy, and executive teams.- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc research requests and data-driven insights.- Identify emerging technologies, startups, and adjacent ecosystem plays that could influence product roadmap or market positioning.Required Skills & Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience in market research, product research, consulting, strategy, or intelligence roles.- Comfortable using AI tools and generative platforms as part of the research process - for summarisation, trend analysis, and insight generation.- Strong desktop research skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources and critically evaluate it.- Excellent written and verbal communication with a structured, analytical mindset.- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office equivalents.- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple research streams with minimal supervision.Preferred & Bonus Skills :- Understanding of the HR tech landscape - ATS, LMS, engagement tools, assessment platforms, analytics and workflows.- Familiar with research or SaaS product analysis tools - Ability to craft executive-ready visual summaries and storyboards.Why You ll Love Working Here :- A front-row seat to evolving HR & talent technologies and strategic decision-making.- A role that combines research, product insights, and strategic impact early in your career.- Strong learning and growth exposure, working with experienced product and leadership teams.- Opportunity to harness AI tools meaningfully in real business impact.How to Apply :Send your resume and we will get in touch with you for the next steps.
