This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets. The Sales Team Leader collaborates closely with the marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company s customer base within the Delhi NCR region.- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize their potential.- Manage key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless customer experience.- Oversee sales operations, including CRM management, sales process optimization, and contract negotiation, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.- Manage sales projects, from initial planning to execution and evaluation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.Required Skillset:- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.- Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies within the textile industry.- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations processes.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.- Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Experience with B2B sales and project management within the textile industry is essential.- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment within the Delhi NCR region.
