You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that drive engagement across social media, performance ads, branding, and digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities- Design social media creatives (posts, stories, reels covers, thumbnails)- Create performance ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube & other platforms- Develop brand-aligned visuals for clients across multiple industries- Work closely with content, marketing & account teams to execute campaigns- Design basic motion creatives (GIFs / short videos - optional but preferred)- Adapt designs based on client feedback & performance insights- Maintain design consistency across all platforms and campaigns- Stay updated with design trends, formats & platform guidelinesRequired Skills & Qualifications- 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic / Creative Designer- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator- Basic knowledge of Canva (agency usage preferred)- Understanding of social media formats & ad creatives- Strong sense of color, typography & layout- Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines- Good communication and teamwork skills (ref:updazz.com)
