Job DescriptionThe Assistant Sales Manager - Hot Water Solutions (HWS) will be responsible for driving channel sales, expanding the dealer network, and achieving revenue targets in the Goa region. The role focuses on dealer development, product training, market expansion, and customer engagement to strengthen brand presence and maximize business growth.Key Responsibilities Dealer & Distributor Management:- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors, strengthen existing partnerships, ensure adherence to company policies, and monitor performance for consistent sales growth.Training & Product Education:- Train dealer teams on product features, benefits, and technical aspects of Hot Water Solutions, while also introducing updates and new product launches.Sales Development & Target Achievement:- Drive sales through dealer channels, generate new leads, conduct high-volume customer meetings, and achieve territory revenue targets based on market potential.Customer & Market Engagement:- Support dealers in issue resolution, ensure warranty processes are followed, promote OC and plant visits, and boost customer engagement and referral activities.Operational Reporting & Market Insights:- Coordinate with internal teams, maintain detailed activity reports, and share market trends, competitor insights, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
