We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Intern to support our growing Sales and Marketing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and enriching lead data, managing CRM hygiene, building automation workflows, and supporting outbound campaign operations. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure high-quality data, effective outreach processes, and efficient pipeline operations.This internship is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn modern sales tools, automation systems, and CRM best practices.1. Research and fetch complete contact details of leads-including Name, Email Address, Contact Number, LinkedIn URL, City, State, Country, and more, using tools such as Clay, ContactOut, Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, Snovio, and similar data sources.2. Ensure all contacts in HubSpot are regularly updated, validated, and enriched with accurate and complete information. 3. Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot automation workflows to ensure only relevant and qualified contacts remain in the CRM. 4. Support data hygiene tasks, including duplicate checks, segmentation, list cleaning, lifecycle stage updates, and contact scoring.5. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to design and implement outbound email campaigns and configure them within HubSpot and Instantly.6. Assist with report generation, dashboards, and CRM insights to support sales and marketing decision-making.7. Maintain documentation of prospecting processes, workflow configurations, playbooks, and templates.8.
