Job Description: Admissions Sales Executive (Outbound)The Admissions Sales Executive will be responsible for calling prospective parents/leads generated from multiple sources and converting interest into school walk-ins and admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and result-oriented follow-ups to accelerate admission closures.This is a target-driven sales role, focused on walk-in scheduling, counselling over calls, and admission conversion.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective parents from various lead sources (digital campaigns, events, referrals, walk-ins, etc.)Clearly explain:- School curriculum, boards (CBSE/ICSE/IB/IGCSE, as applicable)- Branch locations and infrastructure- Fee structure and payment options- Academic programs, co-curricular activities, and student services- School achievements, results, and differentiatorsWhy Orchid-The international School is the best choice?- Address parent queries confidently and handle objections professionally- Convince parents to schedule campus walk-ins / counselling sessions- Ensure maximum walk-in conversion from assigned leads- Follow up consistently with interested parents to drive admissions closure- Maintain accurate updates in CRM regarding call status, parent feedback, and follow-ups- Coordinate with branch teams for walk-in confirmation and admission progressAchieve daily and monthly targets for:- Calls made- Walk-ins scheduled- Admissions converted- Adhere to call quality, compliance, and communication guidelinesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)- Number of outbound calls completed- Walk-ins scheduled per day/week- Walk-in to admission conversion ratio- Admissions closed- Follow ups clearance- CRM hygiene and follow-up adherenceSkills & Competencies Required- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills- Ability to explain academic concepts clearly to parents- Confident objection-handling and negotiation skills- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset- Basic computer and CRM usage knowledge- High energy, persistence, and follow-up disciplineQualification & Experience- Graduate in any discipline (Education/Sales background preferred)- 0-3 years experience in:- Telesales / Inside Sales / Admissions counselling / Education sales- Experience in school/EdTech admissions sales will be an added advantage- Languages known- English, Hindi, Kannada (other languages are additional advantages)Compensation Structure- Fixed-heavy salary- Performance-based incentives linked to:- Walk-ins- Admissions conversion- Growth opportunities based on performanceWhy This Role Is Important- Direct impact on school admissions and revenue- Exposure to parent interaction and education consulting- Clear performance visibility and fast growth for high performers (ref:updazz.com)
