We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth service experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle calls/chats professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
-Assist customers with queries, complaints, product/service information, and issue resolution.
-Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.

-Coordinate with internal departments for faster resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate preferred.
