We re looking for a Customer Success & Adoption Manager to support professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. You will play a key role in ensuring customers realize full value from our construction design solutions, including BIM, CAD, or other planning and modeling software. From onboarding to long-term adoption and engagement, you ll help industry professionals integrate our tools seamlessly into their workflows.Key Responsibilities: - Onboard and train customers on construction design software (e.g., BIM, CAD, collaboration platforms).
-Drive product adoption by aligning features to AEC workflows.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.- Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
-Collaborate with product and support teams to address customer feedback and feature requests.
-Create tutorials, training materials, and case studies specific to the construction design process. Requirements:- 6 years in Customer Success or related roles, preferably in construction tech or AEC software.- Solid understanding of design and construction workflows.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Experience with tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Procore, or similar is a plus. (ref:updazz.com)
