We are looking to strengthen our e-commerce operations and are seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Specialist to join our team.Role Overview- The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operations across online marketplaces.
-The role involves product listing management, sales tracking, inventory coordination, and performance optimization to drive online growth.Key Responsibilities :- Manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others- Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content for better visibility and sales- Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and coordinate with warehouse/operations teams- Plan and manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)- Track inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs- Analyze sales reports, pricing, competitor performance, and marketplace trends- Coordinate with customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution- Manage promotions, deals, discounts, and participation in sale events- Ensure adherence to marketplace guidelines and internal company policies Required Skills & Qualifications :- 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management- Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and similar platforms- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets- Good communication and coordination skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksBenefitsSalary: - 25,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience)Alternate Saturdays off- Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding consumer brand- Professional and supportive work environment (ref:updazz.com)
