We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive - SEO to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the SEO team, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of tasks, and high-quality service. This role requires strong coordination skills, understanding of SEO fundamentals, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.- Understand client requirements, goals, and expectations to convey them effectively to the internal SEO team.- Coordinate with SEO strategists, content writers, and technical team to ensure timely and accurate execution of deliverables.- Prepare and share SEO performance reports, updates, and insights with clients.- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.- Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule review meetings with clients.- Assist in strategy development by understanding client industries and competitor landscapes.- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and overall progress to ensure everything stays on track.- Work with the team to improve processes and enhance client experience.- Maintain documentation of client communications, project updates, and feedback.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.- 1-3 years of experience in SEO client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.- Basic understanding of SEO concepts (keywords, on-page, backlinks, analytics, etc.).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts.- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.- Excellent problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach.- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.- Knowledge of SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.- Ability to analyze SEO reports and give meaningful insights to clients.- Competitive salary and growth opportunities.- A collaborative and supportive work environment.- Opportunity to work with diverse brands and industries.- Skill development and training in SEO & digital marketing.
