Email & WhatsApp Tools Management- Maintain a fair understanding of email and WhatsApp marketing tools, including their integration with CRM systems and automation workflows, to ensure seamless lead communication and tracking.- Set up, manage, and optimize automated workflows for email and WhatsApp campaigns.2.
