Sr Relationship Officer - Affordable Housing s LAPExperience: 1 - 3 Years Location: Multiple Locations.Age - Max 30 YrsJob Profile s Responsibilities- Core Sales: Drive the sales of Affordable Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products to meet and exceed sales targets.- Lead Generation: Actively source and generate new business leads through market visits, builder tie-ups, intermediaries (DSAs/Connectors), and direct customer interaction.- Customer Management: Counsel and guide customers on loan eligibility, product features, documentation requirements, and the loan process.- Documentation s Process: Ensure timely collection of all required KYC and loan documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick file processing and disbursal.- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key channel partners.Ideal Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales experience in Housing Finance (HL/LAP), Banking, or NBFCs.- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of affordable home loan and LAP products.- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
