The Role: Sales & Outreach Specialist As a Tele-caller, you will be the primary voice of Umoja, playing a crucial role in converting leads into valuable gig workers. You will focus on both job placement and promoting our housing solution, Nia Del. Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Calling: Proactively call, engage, and screen candidates who have registered their interest through our lead sources (Meta campaigns, our chatbot Rafiki, and Google Forms).
-Job Pitching: Clearly articulate and pitch job opportunities, primarily for Delivery Boys, Packers and Loaders, and Riders.
-Location Focus: Counsel candidates on job availability in our key locations : - Pune/Mumbai, Delhi/NCR (Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad), and Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad.
-Accommodation Pitching: Educate potential candidates, especially migrants, about the benefits and availability of our Nia Del PG accommodations in Bangalore, Delhi, and upcoming Pune locations.
-Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and candidate status in our system to ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
-Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets. What We re Looking For (Required Skills) - Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English-clarity, confidence, and persuasive ability are essential.
-Empathy and Persuasion: The ability to listen, understand a candidate s needs (especially regarding migration and housing), and provide compelling solutions.
-Goal Orientation: A self-starter with a strong drive to hit targets and a resilient attitude towards sales challenges.
-Basic Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and managing digital leads (familiarity with chat tools like Rafiki is a plus). (ref:updazz.com)
