Canva Designer - Executive Reports & Decision MemosLocation: Remote (India or otherwise)Type: Full-timeReporting to: Core Strategy / OperationsStart Date: ImmediateROLE OVERVIEWWe are building a high-volume library of executive-grade decision and risk reports designed for senior operators and leadership teams.This role is not a creative design role.It is a production-focused execution role.The designer will be responsible for converting pre-structured content into clean, neutral, institutional-quality PDF reports using Canva, at speed.Target output: 1 complete report per working day.COMPENSATION & ENGAGEMENT STRUCTUREMonth 1 - Paid Trial / Probation- INR 12,000 per month- Payable at month-end- Focused strictly on delivery speed, formatting accuracy, and consistencyPost-Confirmation- INR 20,000 per month- Confirmation based on performance metrics outlined belowThis is a delivery-first role.No variable or incentive pay during the probation period.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and format executive decision and risk memos (PDF format)- Work strictly from pre-defined content outlines and templates- Maintain a neutral, professional, institutional aesthetic- Ensure consistency across:- Fonts- Spacing- Section hierarchy- Tables and matrices- Create and reuse standardized components:- Cover pages- Section dividers- Fishbone diagrams- Risk matrices- Decision record templates- Deliver 1 complete report per working day (average 6-10 pages)- Implement fast revisions based on structured feedbackWHAT THIS ROLE IS NOTThis role does not involve:- Social media creatives- Branding or visual experimentation- Illustrations or decorative design- Content writing or research- Marketing or sales decksCandidates whose primary experience is Instagram posts, ads, or visual storytelling will not be a fit.- REQUIRED SKILLS- Strong hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory)- Prior experience designing:- Reports- Whitepapers- Consulting-style documents- Structured presentations- Comfortable working with:- Dense text- Tables- Structured layouts- High attention to detail- Ability to follow strict formatting and layout rules- Fast turnaround mindsetIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE :- Comfortable with repetitive, structured production work- Executes without constant supervision- Understands corporate / institutional aesthetics- Not ego-driven about creative expression - Can handle daily delivery expectations- Reliable, disciplined, and consistentThis role prioritizes discipline, accuracy, and speed over creativity.PERFORMANCE METRICS (PROBATION REVIEW) :Confirmation after the trial month depends on:- Output consistency (reports delivered per working day)- Formatting accuracy and adherence to templates- Speed and quality of revisions- Ability to follow instructions precisely- Zero missed delivery deadlinesHOW TO APPLY :Applicants must submit:1.
