About:- Analyze industry, market trends and consumer behaviour for respective category- Leverage the above and develop product roadmap & long term go-to-market strategy- Managing product portfolio - pricing, promotions and inventory to optimize category performance- Ownership of P&L, Sale planning (enablers), Inventory Management & Marketing to achieve goals, Product NPI- Collaborating with various teams like product development, marketing, sales and to identify and implement new products, services and marketing- Stakeholder Management - HQ team, Quality, Sales Channels, Marketing, Finance, SCM, AS and CS- Drive discussions on innovative ideas and best practices across teams & competition, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.- Conduct market research to identify new trends, product opportunities, and competitive offerings.- Drive impactful social media campaigns, leveraging analytics and trend analysis to enhance brand visibility.- Drive Product Life Cycle Management including determining product positioning & messaging, pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking, develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, market sensing & action for sellout managementRequired qualifications:- Bachelor s degree and at least 6 years of professional experience in appliance marketing.- Minimum of 5 years experience leading strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on product management and customer insights.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions- Deep understanding of category trends and consumer behaviou (ref:updazz.com)
