We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator / Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage our brand s digital presence, create engaging content, shoot product videos, and appear on camera for reels. The ideal candidate must understand trends, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management- Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Pinterest.- Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries.- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone.- Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.2. Content Creation & Video Production- Shoot product photos and videos (basic to medium-level expertise).- Create reels, short videos, product showcases, unboxing, and trending formats.- Appear in front of the camera for reels when required.- Perform video editing using tools like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar.3. Campaign & Growth Strategy- Monitor analytics to track growth, reach, impressions & sales conversions.- Identify trending audios, formats, and ideas for faster organic growth.- Collaborate with influencers and creators for promotions.- Ensure all content aligns with the brand s identity.4. Creative Ideation- Brainstorm new content ideas: reels, stories, product demos, behind-the-scenes.- Create engaging captions, hooks, and brand messaging.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media strategies.Required Skills- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and trending content.- Comfortable facing the camera and presenting products.- Basic photography and videography skills.- Video editing proficiency (CapCut/VN/Canva/Premiere).- Good communication & storytelling ability.- Ability to work with minimal supervision.Eligibility- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related field.- 1-3 years of social media or content creation experience.- Experience in fashion or ecommerce brands is a plus.
