Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fashion Associate to deliver excellent service, provide styling assistance, and support sales operations in a retail apparel environment.Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized style and fashion advice to customers based on their needs and preferences.- Assist customers in selecting and coordinating outfits according to trends and brand standards.- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge.- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.- Handle customer inquiries, billing, and basic POS operations.- Support stock handling, replenishment, and inventory management.- Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.- Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets.Eligibility & RequirementsExperience: 0-2 years in apparel retail / customer service (Freshers can apply).Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong interest in fashion and sales.- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.Skills & Attributes- Customer-focused and sales-driven attitude.- Well-groomed and presentable.- Team player with a positive mindset.- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.
