Lead and manage a defined territory to drive adoption of a new generation of paints and waterproofing and manage its P and L. 2. Design and roll out sales and marketing plans in the assigned geography. 3. Build rapport and generate business with key influencers/stakeholders and provide them with technical know-how. 4. Develop and manage a network of channel partners to generate project leads and drive conversion. 5. Achievement of sales and collection targets in assigned area. 6.
